We always have an open door, nobody is ever turned away. Individuals are often encountering homelessness for the first time after losing jobs or personal crisis. We are always there in their time of need. We encourage individuals to address the issues that have caused their homelessness and help them to gain skills and confidence to make lasting changes to their lives. We believe everyone deserves a chance regardless of background, race or religion.
Basic Skills
We provide a wide range of specialist support apart from just bricks and mortar - we help with training and guidance to help individuals with basic skills such as personal care, money management and day to day communication. For those who lack basic English skills we have interpreters to help break down language barriers..
Practical Skills
We help develop practical skills, including cooking, cleaning and gardening. We focus on technical skills such as computer use, creating a CV as well as completing job applications, interview coaching and employability behaviour.
We work with Jobcentre Plus and local private companies to offer work experience as well as directly employing individuals ourselves in our own workshop.

help beyond our walls
We work with Jobcentre Plus and local businesses to arrange work experience. We signpost individuals to organisations such as Citizen's Advice and Asylum Advice for legal help. We also have a number of local lawyers who support those we help on a pro-bono basis.
